The skis therefore go through numerous quality tests before being put on sale. Your DÉNériAZ skis are guaranteed for two years from their date of purchase.

Le premier entretien GOLD à l’intersaison est offert afin que vous puissiez repartir pour une deuxième saison avec une paire de skis « comme neuve ». Cet entretien complet comprend un ponçage / revernissage du « topsheet » ainsi qu’une re-préparation de la semelle et des carres.

The warranty only concerns defects that could have escaped our control, or possible problems that occurred during this period following a quality problem.

Problems linked to abnormal use, possible falls, use of skis on slopes with little or no snow, or linked to other possible shocks during transport are not guaranteed.

DÉNÉRIAZ will therefore reserve the right to check these aspects before any work and taking into account the guarantee.

Le "fait main" et l'artisanat peuvent impliquer de petites différences d'aspect ou de finition entre les skis qui n'altèrent bien sur pas leur skiabilité. Ces différences ne peuvent donc pas être prises en compte pour la garantie.

Wherever you are in France and in order to carry out this maintenance, we can organize transport to collect and then return your skis. Transportation costs will be offered for the first interview.
